Description: On November 3, 2012, Plaintiff was at the corner of 2nd Ave and E. 1st St, NY, NY, standing outside her vehicle at a gas station. Defendants directed her to get back in her vehicle, took her out of her vehicle and arrested her at the gas station. Defendants assaulted, threatened, grabbed, shoved, handcuffed, pushed plaintiff. Defendants slammed plaintiff to the concrete floor, pushed her into a police vehicle in front of her infant daughter and niece, and held her in a police vehicle for 30 minutes. Defendants took plaintiff to the 9th Pct and placed her in a holding cell. Sexually suggestive and explicit comments were made about Plaintiff's clothing, the way she looked with a tank top on, her physical appearan...
