Complaint
Description: On or about May 1, 2012, Plaintiff was arrested without probably cause and without a warrant based on a dispute with NYPD traffic enforcement about whether her car was parked in a tow zone. Plaintiff's car was legally parked when NYPD Traffic Enforcement Agent King Fung attempted to tow it. Plaintiff's friend sat in the driver's seat of her car to prevent it from being towed, and Agent Fung called the police. Plaintiff spoke to Agent Fung and then called the police herself to explain that her car was being towed even though it was parked legally.
