A2A, New York, NY to take out the trash and in so doing noticed a friend standing on the corner of Broadway and 126th Street. Description: On October 29, 2013 at approximately 10pm, Plaintiff was lawfully inside an apartment building in Manhattan. She was approached by Defendants Police Officer Jean Joseph, Police Officer Alvin Martinez, Sergeant Edward Degiacomo, and Officers John and Jane Doe 1 through 10. Without probable cause or reasonable suspicion that Plaintiff had committed any crime or offense, defendants stopped Plaintiff and assaulted and battered her, including forcing her to the ground. Two male officers sat on Defendant as she was tightly handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, where she was falsely accused of engaging in disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
