Description: On March 6, 2018, NYPD officer Romina Cekani and John and Jane Doe 1-8 improperly arrested Boris Dukler at 3732 Maple Ave. at Brooklyn. Dukler was at his home when he was accused of theft, but no proof of theft was found at home and during a search on him. Dukler was subsequently detained for 2.5 days due to NYPD's not only lack of evidence, but also fabrication of evidence. Dukler did not consent to the arrest, and the NYPD officers did not have a justifiable cause of detaining him for such an extended period of time.
