Officers allegedly found five handguns in bedrooms. Plaintiff was arrested and held at the 105th Precinct. Officers falsely swore that Plaintiff had been in possession of the firearms in both charging documents and to the grand jury. On July 13, 2012, the court dismissed all charges, and Plaintiff was finally released from jail after four months.
