Description: On or about June 30, 2012, the plaintiff, Alpha Diallo, was arrested, held in custody by the defendants, New York police officers, without warrant or legal justification. The plaintiff spent days and weeks incarcerated without being charged with a crime. The plaintiff provides that the charges filed against the plaintiff were dismissed. The process caused the plaintiff to suffer damages to his health and reputation, humiliation, serious mental distress as well as damages to his earning power.
