Description: On September 26, 2022, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle when a vehicle driven by Defendant, NYPD officer James, came into contact with the Plaintiff's vehicle, causing a collision. As a result of the collision, Plaintiff suffered severe injuries, including chest trauma and damage to both of his legs that almost left him paralyzed. Plaintiff was hospitalized for nearly 3 weeks until he was discharged to the Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where he had to stay for another 7 months. Plaintiff has not been able to walk or work since the incident. The accident was solely the fault of the Defendant, who was driving negligently and recklessly.

When the Plaintiff woke up in the Hospital, he realized he was under arrest. The Defendants conspired to falsely accuse the Plaintiff of failing to stop at a red light, despite knowing the truth of the matter.
