Description: On or about December 28, 2013, Plaintiff was a pedestrian when Defendant NYPD officers Cooke and Desiervi, as well as several other unknown NYPD officers, wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized the Plaintiff in an excessive manner, causing physical pain and mental suffering. The Defendants had no legal cause or justification for their actions. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to the police station, where he was charged with several crimes and held for approximately 21 hours until he was released.
