Description: On August 2, 2018, Plaintiff was a passenger in a car when officers approached It. Officers told plaintiff to exit the vehicle and told him that if he didnt, he would be forcefully removed. Plaintiff was searched and then detained and transported to a police precinct. Plaintiff was detained and in custody for 24-30 hours and all charges were dismissed eventually.
