Description: On September 22, 2023, Plaintiffs Rosemary Jimenez and Sayany Lizardo were asleep in their home when NYPD police officers broke down their front door executing a search warrant. Plaintiff's allege that the police never had an adequate basis for a search warrant, that no contraband was found in the home. However, Plaintiff's further allege that they were arrested anyway after facts were misrepresented to a judge in order to obtain the search warrant by Detective Devin Baker (Shield Number 1595). Specifically, Plaintiffs allege civil rights violations, false arrest, malicious prosecution, defamation, negligent hiring/training/supervision/retention, and IIED.

Description: On September 5, 2022, plaintiff was subjected to physical abuse and excessive force by the defendants. Plaintiff was injured when defendants came into contact with the motorcycle on which he was sitting and thereafter forcibly detained and handcuffed him. As a result, he was caused to suffer severe personal injuries and emotional pain. Plaintiff was then arrested, jailed and charged with a crime. The arrest caused great humiliation to the plaintiff, whose reputation of has been damaged. All charges were dismissed.

Description: On September 13, 2022, at approximately 6am, plaintiff was falsely arrested by defendant officers Devin Baker, Rafael Musayev and others of the 77th precint in Kings County. He was arrested without probable cause and denied due process. Each defendant failed to intervene in the actions of the other defendant. Plaintiff was asleep inside his bed at the time of the incident in his apartment when police entered the residence. Plaintiff's sister and young niece were also asleep in the bedroom at the time. Approximately 5 officers stormed the bedroom with guns drawn. Description: On or about July 31, 2021, on 138th Avenue and 246 Street, Plaintiff was speaking to his FedEx delivery driver about a certain package arriving, when Police Officers Musayev and Raffo approached with drawn tasers. Without speaking to Plaintiff, they fired their tasers at him, causing pain and permanent scarring. Plaintiff screamed, and ran away from the officers. The officers filed a false hit and run case at the scene and confiscated Plaintiff's car. On September 17, 2021 Graham surrendered himself at the 16th precinct. He was arrested and charged by Police Officer Winters, detained in a holding cell for some time, and charged with a class A misdemeanor.
