Description: On May 3, 2017, at approximately 9:30p.m., Plaintiff' was at her residence in the Bronx with her children. Plaintiff observed an assault in her building’s hallway and called 911 to report it, providing a description of the assailant. She then returned to her apartment.
Later, officers Kilroy and Bravo, arrived at Holman's apartment. They allegedly entered without probable cause or a warrant, conducted a search in Plantiff and her appartment, and proceeded to arrest her.
