Complaint
Description: On or about October 19, 2017, Police Officer Tyrone Woodson and other officers arrived at the plaintiffs' apartment, separated in three apartments (1A, 1B, 2), to look for someone who allegedly lived in apartment 1A. The defendants demanded the plaintiffs Benjamin Squires and Tiffany Nesbitt exit their apartment 1B and placed them under arrest by tightly handcuffing. Further, defendants demanded that the plaintiffs Kenneth Squires and Dellon Waterton exit the apartment 2 and placed them under arrest by tightly handcuffing. The defendants entered and searched the plaintiff's apartment without a valid warrant.
