Description: On June 30, 2018, while being lawfully present in his friend's house in Bronx, Plaintiff was stopped, seized, searched, arrested and detained by Defendants, including GLORIA CHAVEZ, DENIS REGIMBAL, MICHELE BUTERA and other unknown police officers. Defendants entered without a warrant and Plaintiff was caused to be wrongfully arrested despite the fact that he had not committed any crime. Defendants pointed their guns at Plaintiff, although Plaintiff did not present a danger, then physically grabbed him before handcuffing him violently.
