Description: Defendant officer asked plaintiff if she could rent DJ equipment. Plaintiff purchased equipment from a friend and provided the officer with the requested equipment. Defendant officers arrested plaintiff, transported plaintiff to the 46th precinct and accused plaintiff of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.
