Description: Plaintiff was on his way home when Defendant Officers in plainclothes approached, searched, and tightly handcuffed him. Plaintiff is diabetic and complained about circulation by his wrists but was ignored. He was sent to the 52nd precinct where Defendant Officers strip searched him and charged him with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree. All charges against the plaintiff were dismissed.

When taken outside the bodega, Detective Powers strip searched the Plaintiff in full view of onlookers. Plaintiff was driven in a van for three hours before being released. No charges were filed against plaintiff.
