Complaint
Description: On or about November 15, 2022 police officers Dean Perez, Harry Cruz, Anthony Caravana, sergeant James Robinson, and other unidentified police officers, approached plaintiff. At around this time, plaintiff received a call from her partner that he was being arrested nearby and that the officers were becoming increasingly aggressive. Plaintiff went to the scene and began to record the interaction between the defendant officers and her partner. Defendant officer Anthony Caravana told plaintiff to stop recording and not to touch their vehicle, even if plaintiff has never touched it. As plaintiff continued recording, officer Caravana shoved her in her chest using both hands to grope her breasts. She was then punche...
