Description: On September 15, 2014, at an outdoor family celebration in Brooklyn, Defendant NYPD Officer Thomas Peters and Defedant NYPD Officers John and Jane Doe 1-10, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, performed an illegal search on Plaintiff and unlawfully arrested him, after violently throwing Plaintiff to the ground, kneeing him in the face and back, and rubbing his face in the concrete. After tightly handcuffing Plaintiff, Defendants brought him to the precinct where they ignored his plea for medical treatment and refused to remove Plaintiff's handcuffs.
