Description: On October 14, 2019, Plaintiff was inside his vehicle that was parked in the area of the intersection of Patchen Avenue and Halsey Street in Kings County, when Defendants NYPD officers Gregory Baluzy, Thomas Peters, Yuriy Demchenko, Kevin Mulhern, Vivian Gavilanes and John or Jane Doe-1-10 illegally stopped Plaintiff's vehicle. The defendants unlawfully questioned plaintiff about illegal activity without a reason and they physically restrained and removed Plaintiff by handcuffing him and putting him in substantial pain. Description: On September 15, 2014, at an outdoor family celebration in Brooklyn, Defendant NYPD Officer Thomas Peters and Defedant NYPD Officers John and Jane Doe 1-10, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion, performed an illegal search on Plaintiff and unlawfully arrested him, after violently throwing Plaintiff to the ground, kneeing him in the face and back, and rubbing his face in the concrete. After tightly handcuffing Plaintiff, Defendants brought him to the precinct where they ignored his plea for medical treatment and refused to remove Plaintiff's handcuffs.
