Description: Plaintiff was stopped by Defendant Officers (Ortiz and Gonzalez) on May 5th, 2015 while he was walking with his fiancÈ and friend. Plaintiff was searched and detained unlawfully and reported this incident to the CCRB and IAB. A week later on May 13, 2015, Plaintiff was stopped by Defendant Officers Reyna and Ramos. They stopped and searched the Plaintiff again and looked inside his pants. Defendant Officers Gonzalez and Ortiz then appeared and searched Plaintiffs backpack. They found his medicine and took out the pills and accused Plaintiff of selling those pills to a stranger on the street. Plaintiff was then arrested and transferred to Rikers for six days. All charges were later dismissed.

Description: On March 4, 2011 Plaintiff Kevin Hill was at an apartment building on 428 E 157th St to visit his friend. Two officers, including Defendant Ezequiel Martinez, stopped Plaintiff as he exited the building to ask why he had been in the apartment building.
