Description: On January 23, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of a residence. POs Michael Smith, John Doe, and John Roe, without an arrest warrant or probable cause approached Plaintiff and stopped, frisked, assaulted, and detained Plaintiff. Officers knew or had good reason to know that their actions were not legally justified. Plaintiff was strip searched, and then arraigned. He was falsely prosecuted with Resisting Arrest, and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours; he had to make numerous court appearance until all charges were terminated favorably.
