Description: On or about 16th July, 2018 numerous Police Officers, including Detective Daryl Harris, Police Officers John Doe 1-5 and Jane Doe 1-3 ("Defendants"), unlawfully. illegally and without probable cause or justification did arrest, process and prosecuted Daniel Pistolesi ("Plaintiff"). The Plaintiff's residence was illegally searched, threatened, accused of committing several crimes then assaulted, handcuffed and arrested by the Defendants then searched, interrogated and threatened in violation of his rights.
