Description: On July 24, 2014, Plaintiffs Nagasta Martin and Robert Johnson visited a bodega in the Bronx. Neither plaintiff engaged in any criminal activity. On or about July 25, 2014, plaintiffs began to see print, television and internet reports that they were being sought by the police in connection with a robbery that allegedly took place at the bodega. The video tape being broadcasted failed to show plaintiffs engage in any criminal activity. Defendants officer Frankie Hernandez and officer Jose Cabagrillo willfully ignored evidence and made a false arrest.
