Complaint
Description: Plaintiff entered the subway turnstile by swiping her metro card and then let her newborn in via the gate because she was in a stroller. Defendant Officers approached and accused her or not paying her fare, assaulted her and her children, and arrested her. Plaintiff was brought to TD DT 03 and charged with not paying her fare which was later dismissed.
