Description: On February 16, 2021, plaintiff was accosted by defendants Delahanty and John Doe 1-10. Despite the fact plaintiff was unarmed, was not a threat and did not possess any contraband, defendant Delahanty unholstered his service weapon, pointed said firearm in plaintiff's direction, and then fired said weapon multiple times at plaintiff and his vehicle on a crowded street, causing the vehicle glass windows and/or windshield to shatter, and strike plaintiff.
