Description: Pages missing in complaint -- Defendant officers arrested plaintiff, transported him to the Manhattan North Precinct and coerced plaintiff to signing a statement that he had been involved in a gang violence case in which a student was stabbed in Manhattan. Plaintiff was charged with assault in the second degree and gang assault in the second degree. All charges were dismissed.
