Description: On July 4 2022, NYPD Officer John Robert, Anthony Sparacio, and John and Jane Doe grabbed the Plaintiff and assaulted him. The assault comprised of punching him in the head, slamming him to the ground, kicking, and stomping on the Plaintiff resulting in multiple serious injuries. The Plaintiff was then unlawfully placed under arrest and taken to the Precinct where Officers initiated a malicious prosecution. The Plaintiff was unlawfully held and arraigned based on the malicious prosecution and false charges. All charges were dismissed on October 12 2022.

Description: On or about July 24, 2020, Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested and prosecuted on the street by Officer David Fitchik, Officer Patrick Wright, and Officer John Robert. Plaintiff was then arrested and prosecuted. The defendants fabricated evidence. The defendants gave false testimony to the grand jury and hid exculpatory evidence. Even though the defendant police officers and District Attorney knew, or should have known, that no crime had been committed, they still proceeded to arrest plaintiff, charge and then drop same charges, assault and incarcerate plaintiff just to intimidate plaintiff, further aggravating the plaintiff’s injuries.

Description: On March 20, 2020, the plaintiff called 911 to have her niece's friend removed from her home, as they were holding a party during the COVID-19 outbreak, and the plaintiff was afraid of being infected. NYPD officers, including John Robert, refused to remove the niece's friend. Instead, they forcibly broke into the plaintiff's bedroom and arrested her, insisting she was a danger to herself or others, despite having no factual basis for this belief. To detain the plaintiff against her will, the defendants falsely classified her as an Emotionally Disturbed Person (EDP) and forced her to go to the hospital.
