Even though the defendant police officers and District Attorney knew, or should have known, that no crime had been committed, they still proceeded to arrest plaintiff, charge and then drop same charges, assault and incarcerate plaintiff just to intimidate plaintiff, further aggravating the plaintiff’s injuries.
