Description: On October 28, 2011, plaintiff working as a fiber optics technician, lawfully drove the truck to 14th Ave and 127th St, Queens, NY where he parked in front of a store to get something to eat. Plaintiff entered the store bought the food, exited the store and walked back to his truck. Defendants approached, stopped, and pushed plaintiff. Defendants advised they “needed” to speak “about plaintiff’s brother-in-law,” who lived down the street. Plaintiff advised he was working and could not speak with them during work hours. Description: On or about August 19, 2014, at approximately 5:20 am, Officer Jason Houlihan and Officer Demarco knocked on the door of Plaintiff's residence and placed Plaintiff in handcuffs, without probable cause or a warrant. Plaintiff was detained at the precinct and then taken to central booking. Officers Houlihan and Demarco psychologically and physically abused Plaintiff.
