Description: On or about May 12, 2024, Plaintiff was legally operating his vehicle on the streets of Kings County to go home. When Plaintiff pulled up in front of his home, defendants, NYPD officers approached his car with their guns drawn. Plaintiff scared honked his car to alert his family. Description: On November 13, 2020, while lawfully near 656 Miller Avenue in Kings, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by the defendants in an excessive manner without legal justification. The plaintiff had arrived at the location to assist his friend, who had been shot and needed medical help. After calling 911 and ensuring his friend's transport to the hospital, the defendants arrived and arrested the plaintiff, restraining him with metal handcuffs and conducting an unlawful pat-down search, which yielded nothing.
