Description: On June 14, 2020, Plaintiff was visiting with his daughter's mother, at her residence located at 902 Williams Ave, Apt. 1D, Brooklyn, NY. They began arguing and the woman called the police, and Defendant officers arrived at the residence. Upon arrival, Plaintiff voluntarily left the residence upon Officers' suggestion that Plaintiff take a walk. Plaintiff returned to the residence, another argument ensued, and the woman again called the police. Officers arrived and became physical with Plaintiff, grabbing his arm and throwing him on the ground.
