Description: On December 5, 2019 Plaintiff in the vicinity of East 169th St. and Jerome Ave. in the Bronx, lawfully riding a pedal operated bicycle with an electric motor, on his way to work when Plaintiff was struck by Defendant Officers marked police vehicle which was turning into the police precinct parking lot without first signaling its turn. The Defendant Officer who was driving, exited the police vehicle and demanded Plaintiff’s driver's license and falsely claimed that Plaintiff's bicycle was illegal. Description: On 2/4/2020, at 1700, Grand Concourse, Apt. 7C, Bronx, NY, and continued at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY. Plantiff ingested an excessive amount of Vasotech medication and called 911 for an ambulance. The defendant officers arrived and would not allow plaintiff to be taken by paramedics. Instead they forced plaintiff out of his apartment, beat him, gave him a black eye and internal derangement to the right shoulder and back, through violent aggressive, and physically dangerous restraint methods. Plaintiff was rear-cuffed in an excessively tight manner, and then brought to St. Barnabas Hospital to a psychiatric ward where he was forced to remain for 10 days.

Description: On May 24, 2019, defendant P.O.s Wilfredo Benitez, Michael Sambrato, Anthony Perlmutter, John Doe, and John Roe approached plaintiffs Rosemarie Baskerville and Devonte Baskerville without warrant, probable cause or justification. Defendants unlawfully stopped, searched, assaulted, beat, and detained Plaintiffs in an aggressive manner.
