Description: On 2/4/2020, at 1700, Grand Concourse, Apt. 7C, Bronx, NY, and continued at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY. Plantiff ingested an excessive amount of Vasotech medication and called 911 for an ambulance. The defendant officers arrived and would not allow plaintiff to be taken by paramedics. Instead they forced plaintiff out of his apartment, beat him, gave him a black eye and internal derangement to the right shoulder and back, through violent aggressive, and physically dangerous restraint methods. Plaintiff was rear-cuffed in an excessively tight manner, and then brought to St. Barnabas Hospital to a psychiatric ward where he was forced to remain for 10 days.
