Description: On April 25, 2014 Plaintiff, formerly an active member of the Army, was lawfully present at a club in Queens. Plaintiff observed a fight break out and officers intervening when he was suddenly tackled to the ground by Defendant Officers. Plaintiff's face slammed against the concrete floor and was pinned there by the knee of Defendant Officers. Plaintiff was then handcuffed tightly and taken to the precinct where requests for medical treatment were ignored. Defendant Officers falsely claimed they saw Plaintiff engage in disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
