Description: On April 24, 2017, Plaintiff, then a senior at Manhattan College, was in the middle of her final exams. One of Plaintiff’s friends was concerned that Plaintiff was stressed, so she called the school to do a check on the Plaintiff. Security from Manhattan College, including Defendant Juan Cerezo, Director of Public Safety, located Plaintiff, who was taking an exam.
