Description: On May 20, 2013, plaintiff Richard Lazarini Jr. was lawfully at a friend's residence when her brother, Defendant Police Officer Ali Cheikhali, arrived. Plaintiff has a known history of being disliked by Officer Cheikhali. As plaintiff attempted to leave the residence, Officer Cheikhali became verbally aggressive and gave an unlawful police order that plaintiff was not allowed to leave the premises. Officer Cheikhali made false accusations against plaintiff, accusing him of trespassing and fabricating outstanding warrants.
