Complaint
Description: On April 22, 2018 Plaintiff was being transported by Defendant, Pandora Sanchez, a NYPD officer on a stairway in the New York City Criminal Court. Plaintiff was in handcuffs and Sanchez urged Plaintiff to move faster and pushed Plaintiff from behind without cause or justification. This push led Plaintiff to fall down the stairs and this battery led Plaintiff to have severe and painful personal injuries, and much pain and mental anguish. Plaintiff is also suing for negligence for Defendant failing to safeguard the plaintiff.
