Description: On March 19, 2019, at approximately 12:00 p.m., plaintiffs Lewis and Langford were lawfully present in front of lewis's home at 120-11 180th Street in Queens. Plaintiff langford was have a medical issue so her husband called for an ambulance. Plaintiff Lewis was worried about plaintiff langford's health, so he decided to drive her to the hospital himself. When Plaintiff Lewis was walking Plaintiff Langford to the car, to drive her to the hospital, the Defendant Officers arrived on scene. The Defendant Officers stopped both Plaintiffs. The Defendant Officers grabbed Plaintiff Lewis and tackled him to the ground for no legal reason. The Defendant Officers elbowed Plaintiff Langford in the face for no legal reas...
