Description: On July 16, 2012, at 1:25 AM, Plaintiff John Francis was lawfully present inside the 125th Street Subway Station. Defendant NYPD Officer Kevin Morris, as well as Defendant NYPD Officer John Does, approached and searched Plaintiff with no legal justification. They found no contraband of any kind. Nonetheless, the Defendant Officers formally arrested Plaintiff and applied excessively tight handcuffs. Plaintiff suffered an asthma attack shortly after being transported to the detention area of the NYPD's Transit Division District 4.
