Complaint
Description: On October 29, 2022, plaintiff was lawfully stopped at a traffic light while operating his motorcycle. Without justification, provocation, or cause, plaintiff was intentionally hit by a police vehicle operated by defendant-officers. Defendants' actions knocked plaintiff to the ground. Defendant-Officer Perez proceeded to assault and batter plaintiff, including shooting plaintiff with a taser. Defendant Perez proceeded to arrest plaintiff, wrongfully and knowingly file false reports and complaints, and made false statements to the Kings County District Attorney's Office to substantiate plaintiff's arrest and prosecution.
