Description: Plaintiffs were in a community garden doing some planting work when defendant officers came to arrest and assaulted them. Plaintiff's dog was shot and killed 7 times in the process. Plaintiffs were brought to the 46th precinct where they were strip-searched. Plaintiffs were then brought to the 48th precinct where they were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third and seventh degrees. All charges were dismissed later.

Defendant officers stormed into the plaintiffs' home and assaulted, beat and battered them.
