Description: On October 20, 2016, Plaintiff was lawfully present at 140th Street and Saint Anns Avenue in the Bronx when Defendant officers approached and requested identification. Plaintiff was subsequently handcuffed, arrested and taken to the 40th precinct without being informed of the charges against him. On October 21, 2016, Plaintiff was transferred to Central Booking but was not presented before a judge. He was released from Central Booking on the same day.
