Complaint
Description: On November 2, 2022, at 10:15 pm, the plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 3077 Webster Avenue, County of Bronx, in New York when several police officers, including Odianne Blair, approached the plaintiff for no reason and summarily frisked, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. The plaintiff was arrested, arraigned and thereafter incarcerated for over 24 hours and required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably. The plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
