Description: On February 7, 2018, at or near the 84th Precinct, Plaintiff Dora Jenkins was wrongfully searched, seized and arrested by Defendant Officer Chanta Mabry and several unidentified officers. Plaintiff was charged with aggravated harassment and stalking. At the time of the arrest, Plaintiff did not pose an immediate threat to the safety of the Defendants herself, or any others. The District Attorney refused to prosecute Plaintiff.
