Description: On or about May 21, 2018, Defendants, including PO Angel Rivera, Sergeant Pedro Ingles, PO Lennin F. Badia, and Sergeant Juan Nolasco, wrongfully and unlawfully searched, seized, and arrested Plaintiff inside its residence without probable cause or justification. Once Plaintiff opened the door to go outside, Defendant Officers forcefully grabbed Plaintiff by the neck and pushed her by the neck into the street while choking her.
