Description: Defendant Officers, without identifying themselves, aggressively jumped out of their vehicle towards Plaintiff and out of fear he rode away on his bike. A second vehicle approached Plaintiff and when he saw that they were police he dismounted and raised his hands. Officers then assaulted Plaintiff, took him to the 120th precinct, denied him medical attention, strip-searched him, and charged him with 195.05, 205.30, TAX 1814(b, and TAX 1814(h), which was later dismissed.
