Description: On July 15, 2023, Dajun Knowles was lawfully in the vicinity of East 194th Street and Valentine Avenue in Bronx County around 11:30 p.m.. Absent a warrant, probable cause, or any legal justification, Defendant officers Zerbo, Doe and Roe, summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner. Thereafter, Mr. Knowles was arraigned and falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. After having remained incarcerated for over twenty-four hours and being required to make numerous court appearances, all charges against him were terminated favorably.
