Description: Defendant officers knocked on the door of a plaintiff's residence. Defendant officers entered home and approached a plaintiff, a man with disabilities, and searched him. The aforementioned plaintiff and another plaintiff were arrested and taken to the 75th precinct where they were strip searched. The DA declined to prosecute these two plaintiffs. One of the plaintiffs initially tried to file an IAB complaint, but refused to continue with the case due to incorrect allegations made in the complaint.
