Description: On June 15, 2019, Plaintiff was inside the police precinct waiting for his daughter to be dropped off pursuant to a custody agreement. When Plaintiff's daughter had not arrived for a long period of time, Plaintiff asked officers to file a report. While waiting to file the report, officers asked Plaintiff to confirm that Plaintiff had been to his daughter's school.
