Description: On January 4th, 2023, around 8:00 P.M., plaintiff Jamie Gray was lawfully in the premises of 7 Chestnut Lane, Valley Streat, NY, when Police Officers illegally stopped and confined him. On January 4th 2023, the Criminal Court determined that the Police Department failed to file a legally acceptable accusatory instrument against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was aggressively arrested and caused to suffer as a result.

Complaint
Description: On October 14, 2021 Plaintiff was a lawful passenger in a vehicle in the roadway adjacent to Resorts World Casino in Queens, when Defendant officers illegally stopped and unduly restrained Plaintiff. Defendant Officers struck Plaintiff in the head and body with fists, and tasered him multiple times. Plaintiff suffered bruising about the head, face and body and permanent injury to his wrist. Plaintiff was taken to Jamaica Hospital and held there for twenty-four hours, held at Central Booking for two days, and then held at Rikers Island for 60 days.
