Description: "On March 21, 2012, employees defendants Lorenzo Chambers (school principal) and/or ""Jane"" Stein, or their agents, discovered washable paint on a schoolyard slide on the grounds of P.S. 279.Defendant Chambers caused plaintiff Kamani Garnett (age 10), a 4th grade student at P.S. 279, to be removed from his scheduled school activity and brought to his office without the child's parent's permission, and intimidated and verbally threatened plaintiff with arrest and imprisonment if he did not admit to taking part in the incident involving the washable paint.
