Description: On July 18, 2024, Plaintiffs were in their lawful residence. Kaye Allen, Ciriel Monsiel, the New York Hotel Management Company, Inc., and the Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity attempted to illegally evict the Plaintiffs and changed the locks on the door. Sergeant Lemelledo, Shield #02705, Officer Sullivan, and Officer Crosby, each of the Midtown South Precinct, assisted Kaye Allen and Ciriel Monsiel in this process, even though they did not possess a warrant of eviction or a warrant for arrest of Plaintiffs.
