Complaint
Description: On April 26, 2016, plaintiff was arrested by NYPD officers and taken to the 6th Precinct. While at the precinct, Officer Robert Dazzo violently grabbed and twisted plaintiff's arm, causing injuries to his shoulder. Plaintiff requested medical attention, but he was told that he had to wait until arriving at Central Booking.
