Description: On December 6, 2013, Plaintiffs DK & KT (two 17-year-olds) were walking when they were approached by Defendants PO Omar Lewis & PO Monique Lewis, who requested identification. DK asked why this request was being made, and no response was given, while KT presented her identification. Defendant Omar then grabbed DK by the neck and shoulders, slammed him into a car, pushed him to the ground, and began striking him, watched by Defendant Monique. Defendants then pushed KT into a wall and choked her. Defendants arrested DK, who was then transferred to Coney Island Hospital for his injuries.
